Ingredients -
Plain Flour - 1 cup
Grated Chocolate -3 tablespoon
Cocoa powder - 3/4 cup
Soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Melted Butter - 2 tablespoon
Powder Sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method -
- Sieve together flour, soda, baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Melt the butter and chocolate and mix it well along with sugar, salt and milk.
- Pour this mixture in the flour and make a smooth batter. Keep it in fridge for 15 min. Make it sure no lumps are formed.
- Heat a non stick pan, spread some butter and pour a ladle full of batter on it. Cover it and cook from both sides.
- Serve it with chocolate sauce, whipped cream or ice cream.
